Full & Partial Wedding Planning

You have the vision, and we have the industry know-how and connections to make that come to life! For events over 30 people (hosting an event under 30 guests? Check out our micro wedding services!)

Whether you have an idea of some of the vendors you'd like, or you're starting from ground zero, we have a planning service for you.

Partial Planning Begins At: $3,400 CAD

Full Planning Begins At: $5,500 CAD

Day-of-Coordinating

So you've planned your wedding already and you just need someone to run the day for you.. this is where we step in (but months before your big day). Professionals at keeping open communication, problem solving and timeline management, we are there on your big day to run your timeline and communicate with your vendors.

Packages start at 8 hours on-site and meetings with us start 4-6 months before your wedding date. Package includes vendor confirmations week of your wedding.

Day-of-Coordinating Begins At: $1,350

Set-up / Take-Down

This differs from our Day-of-Coordinating in that we handle the set up and take down of your decor, but no timeline management on the day of or vendor communications.

This is popular with DIY brides and those who have venues that requires self set-up and take-down of tables and chairs for example.

Set-up/Take-down Begins At: $750

Design & Hourly Consultations

Do you need some design help, or are looking for help sourcing design elements, rentals or vendors?

We offer both stand alone design packages, as well as hourly rate video calls to cover any design aspects or vendor aspects you may have questions about.

Design Only Packages Begin At: $1,500

Hourly Consultations Begin At: $80/hour
